Once Skydive Thailand (operated by AG Global Company Limited) confirms your booking, a contract is made between AG Global Company Limited and you upon the terms and conditions set out below. ‘Skydive Thailand’ hereinafter referred to as ‘we’, will only confirm your booking once we have received your deposit payment in full.
Once the advance booking deposit is paid, you will be allocated a place/places on the particular date and time slot you chose, and a confirmation will be emailed to you. This is your confirmation of booking and should be printed and saved for own reference. Upon payment, you accept and abide by these terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility for incorrect email addresses or inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, please contact us to resend the confirmation of your reservation.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the accuracy of dates and time slots booked upon receipt of the confirmation email.
There is no property, travel or medical insurance cover included in the price of our services. We take no responsibility for any injuries or loss to you incurred during any point of your engagement of our services, including but not limited to transportation to/from pickup locations, activities on the ground at the dropzone, and the jump itself. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before participation. While we do provide storage lockers, CCTV and a security team at our facility, we accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings at any time.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
You can choose to change your booking to another date and time (subject to availability) up to 24 hours before the scheduled time of your jump by referring to the contact information in your booking confirmation email.
After this times have elapsed, we are not able to change your booking. Failure to turn up at the schedule time will result in the loss of your deposit and reservation.
Your booking may be transferred to another name at any time up until registration at the dropzone. This service is free of charge, however all participants are subject to the same physical and medical limitations.
If we are unable to provide your skydive due to bad weather, or other unforeseen operational difficulties, you may reschedule or transfer your skydive at no extra charge. If you have not yet been picked up by our shuttle bus, we may call you to reschedule your jump, depending on the severity of the weather. If you have already paid the balance at the dropzone and are waiting to jump, we will refund the balance and assist you to reschedule or transfer the booking. If re-scheduling or transferring are not viable options for you, we will issue a full refund. The deposit amount will be refunded separately in the same way in which it was paid.
Please note that no refunds are available under any circumstances unless we are unable to provide the skydive.
Video packages are only refundable in the case of technical difficulty, such as camera malfunctions. We do our best to ensure all photos and videos are of the highest quality, employing the latest camera technology and techniques. However, it is impossible to guarantee perfect shots while in freefall. If you are unhappy with the quality of your video or photos please do talk with us and we will do what we can to rectify the situation. Please also understand that the skydive itself is not refundable under any circumstances, even in the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the accompanying video / photos.
Kindly note that this Refund Policy applies only to bookings made directly with Skydive Thailand. If booking through an agent, please refer to their policies and understand that Skydive Thailand will not be responsible for refunding any payment not made directly to the company.
If you do not meet the safety and dress code requirements as stated, fail to comply with acceptable conduct, or disrupt the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to refuse our service. In such a case we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any additional costs incurred by you.
Changes by Us
Once your booking has been confirmed, we will make every effort to provide you with the booked arrangements but reserve the right to alter or cancel the scheduled jump in the event of happenings outside our control. Reasons for doing so may include but shall not be limited to force majeure matters such as adverse weather conditions or weather warnings, natural disasters, civil strikes or conflict, terrorist activity, fire, flood conditions and similar. On rare occasions, delays may also be caused by air traffic holds, unanticipated aircraft maintenance and equipment issues.
We reserve the right to decrease the price of our services or launch special offers at any time. Customers who booked prior or after the special offers are available will not be entitled to any refund or price matching discounts.We reserve the right to update information on our website, brochures and all other collateral at any time.
Transportation Services (Subject to Availability)
For customers using our pickup service, we reserve the right to contract quality private transportation service providers to assist us in ferrying passengers.
Pick Up Points (Subject to Availability)
It is your responsibility to meet your pickup vehicle at the arranged location and time. Because of the nature of the service, we will not be liable if any service leaves or arrives later than its specified time, even if as a result you miss a connecting service. We will organize the pickups to the best of our ability, taking into account prevailing traffic and weather conditions.
If you have missed or know you will miss your scheduled pickup, please call our office immediately to inform us. We offer no guarantee of alternative travel arrangements, but will try to accommodate you on the next vehicle, subject to seat availability. If you are unable to catch the last flight of the day, our management reserves the right to reschedule your booking.
Your Obligations and Responsibilities
Skydiving is a high-adrenaline extreme sport that may not be suitable for everyone.
If you have any medical conditions that may be of concern, please write or call us to discuss before you make a booking. Completing a booking will be taken to mean consent that you meet our age, health and weight requirements and we reserve the right to refuse anyone we believe does not meet these conditions, with no compensation. Depending on prevailing conditions during the day of the skydive, the weight limit may be reduced to 224lbs (101kg).
During your time in our facilities, vehicles and aircraft, we may take photographs and videos of you and these may be used in our advertising material for public distribution without obtaining any further consent or payment in respect of such photographs and/or videos.
In the unlikely event that you wish to lodge a complaint against us, please inform our reception staff. If the matter cannot be resolved immediately, your complaint should be made via email directed to our management at your earliest convenience. We take all complaints seriously, but ask that you inform us within 7 days thereof so that your complaint can be investigated. We will not consider any claims after the 7 day period. You will be assured of respect and courtesy whilst your complaint is being dealt with.
Despite the favourable weather conditions at our location, we may occasionally face rain, high wind and cloud cover. We accept no responsibility for weather conditions that may affect the delivery of our services.
Fortunately, such adverse conditions rarely persist for the entire day. Our management will endeavour to make the necessary arrangements with minimal disruptions to our customers. These arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis, and we will communicate to each customer directly.
If we need to contact you for reasons such as rescheduling, we will attempt to contact you with the contact information provided in the booking. If unsuccessful, we will not be held responsible.
The booking conditions detailed herein contain the entire contract between you and Skydive Thailand. No representation, term, warranty or condition can be expressed or implied by reference to any other writing, advertisement or conversation. This contract may only be varied in writing by a duly authorised person of Skydive Thailand.
This contract and all matters arising out of it are governed by the laws of Thailand. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will only be valid if agreed by Skydive Thailand in writing.
